The annual Hoopes Park Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Auburn Rotary Club, will be held on Saturday April 19th beginning promptly at 10 a.m. There will be three age categories: 3 and under, age 4-6, and age 7-9. Thousands of pre-filled eggs, games, prizes, along with bike giveaways will all be a part of the fun again this year!
This year featured at the Hoopes pavilion is Bunny Barnyard Bash, presented by Matson & Kellogg Benefits Group. Families will enjoy a charming, farm-themed clubhouse walkthrough with colorful backdrops, bunny-eared farm animals (Note: no live animals will be present), balloon carrots, and more. Children will follow Easter Bunny footprints through the clubhouse, picking up even more toys and candy, before meeting the Easter Bunny for a photo opportunity.
On-site for the event will be Leo’s Donut Factory, along with a Girl Scouts table with cookies for sale and a Duck Derby table offering early ticket sales.
A full map of egg hunt zones by age group will be posted on the City of Auburn’s social media page, at the City’s website www.auburnny.gov/parks, and at Matson & Kellogg’s social media pages by this Thursday.
