UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health announced the appointment of Jeffrey Murad, MBA, CRA, CNMT as the new Director of Diagnostics.
Murad is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all Diagnostic Imaging Services including CT scanning, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, X-Ray, Cardiopulmonary Imaging as well as Women’s Health Diagnostics.
With over 35 years of experience in imaging and healthcare, most recently he was the Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA.
Murad received his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management degree from Husson University in Bangor, ME. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
His professional affiliations include the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA), through which he is recognized as a Certified Radiology Administrator.
Murad lives in Farmington, NY with his wife, Heather. In his free time, he enjoys trivia nights, shooting darts, exercising and hanging out with his two grandchildren, Damon and Parker Mae.
