From the Town of Canandaigua:
On Monday May 15, 2023, The Canandaigua Town Board will be holding two public hearings. The first to discuss the proposed draft local law to amend Town Code Chapter 174-19 Subdivision of Land- Lot Size, and Arrangement. The second to discuss the proposed draft local law to amend Town Code Zoning Chapter 220-9.1 Short Term Rentals which would further define and clarify policies and procedures.
These public hearings will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Onnalinda lower level Conference room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. All persons interested will be heard at this time and date. The meeting will also be available by Zoom. Registration is required to join the meeting and can be found at this link.
