The Southern Cayuga Central School District announces an early dismissal today due to unexpected water supply issues.
Jr./Sr. High School students will be released at 11:45 a.m., while Emily Howland Elementary students will leave at 1:00 p.m.
All after-school activities are cancelled for the day.
