The Finger Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce held its June Business After Hours Networking Mixer at Potter Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, located on Route 21 in Canandaigua. This event was part of the Chamber’s 2025 Business After Hours Season Pass Program and was coordinated with the Potter Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Owner and President, David Giacalone. Guests were able to enjoy refreshments, meet the owner and office administrator, get a tour of the facility, and learn about the company. Giacalone spoke about the history of the business, his role since taking over in 2018, and plans that he has for business expansions and updates to the building

The FLX Chamber’s next Business After Hours Mixer will take place on July 9 at Spotted Duck, a favorite among both travelers and locals, offering farm-to-cone Duck Egg frozen custard. Spotted Duck is located at 999 State Route 54 in Penn Yan. Spaces are limited. The cost to attend Business After Hours is $10 for Members and $20 for non-members, unless individuals have purchased a BAH Season Pass. This event is included for all 2025 Season Pass Holders, but reservations are still required. Business After Hours are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 4-6 PM unless otherwise noted and are open to the public, but hosting is one of the promotional opportunities and benefits that is only offered to qualified members who have been customers for at least two years.
