Pathologist Sara Zimmer, MD Joins URM Finger Lakes Health Medical Staff

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is proud to announce that Sara Zimmer, MD has  joined the medical staffs of Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, specializing in the field of Pathology.

Zimmer completed her residency in Pathology and her internship in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA.

She attended medical school at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.

Zimmer served as Senior Medical Officer as well as General Medical Officer at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms in Twentynine Palms, CA. Most recently, she was a Physician Medical Director at Octapharma Plasma in Irondequoit, NY.
