The Ontario County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the second year of its Employee & Employer Support Services (EESS) program, an affordable and confidential mental health and wellness benefit available exclusively to Chamber members.
Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year begins October 1 and runs through December 1, 2025, with coverage starting January 1, 2026.
Affordable Support for Every Business Size
At just $28 per employee per year, EESS gives businesses of all sizes — especially small businesses and solopreneurs — the ability to provide a meaningful benefit without straining their budget. Services include:

- 12 professional counseling sessions per year for employees or their household members (spouse and children)
- Virtual and in-person sessions available within days, not weeks
- No co-pays or deductibles
- Mediation services to support healthier workplace communication
- Two free wellness workshops each year
Trusted Local Partnership
The program is delivered in partnership with Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes (FCSFL), a nonprofit that has served the community since 1962 and has decades of experience providing EESS benefits. All services are confidential and HIPAA-compliant, with no information shared with employers or the Chamber.

“This program was designed with our small businesses and solopreneurs in mind,” said Marisa Enzinna, Director of Member Relations and Communications at the Ontario County Chamber. “For only $28 per employee per year, they can offer professional mental health and wellness services to their team – and even themselves. It’s an affordable way to offer a meaningful benefit that helps smaller employers stay competitive and care for their people.”
