Ontario County Chamber of Commerce (ONChamber) is excited to announce a new Health and Wellness benefit available to its members.
Beginning January 2025, ONChamber members can take part in an Employee and Employer Support Services Program.
Services will be offered by Family Counseling Services of the Finger Lakes, a leading provider for healing-centered services.
For only $28 per employee per year, the benefit includes:
- Up to 12 free therapy sessions, per household, per year. There will be no wait list to see a provider.
- Free wellness and education seminars. Every employee can attend two 60-minute seminars. In 2025, those seminars will be “Self-Regulation: An Individualized Experience” and “Creating Effective Change and Organizational Buy-In.” The dates are yet to be determined.
- Access to virtual or on-site coaching to offer individualized support, mediation, education or coaching to supervisor/management to address employee concerns.

Open enrollment begins December 1.
An information session will be at 10 a.m. November 21 at the ONChamber office, 113 S. Main St. It also will be available via Zoom.
