The Village of Newark is pleased to announce that Vincent Modaffari is the Village’s new Accounts Payable Clerk. He is a graduate of Palmyra-Macedon High School and recently moved to the Village prior to being hired. Vincent is also a full-time college student who will obtain his bachelor’s degree this fall, and his master’s degree next year, both on an accelerated schedule.
He would like to thank his father, Francis Modaffari, for encouraging him to pursue his career which lead him to this point, and he looks forward to continue to grow with everyone in the office.
Mayor Jonathan Taylor stated, “Vincent’s organizational skills and attention to detail are perfect for his role as Accounts Payable Clerk. He has a bright future with the Village.”
Clerk/Treasurer Lynette Morrison commented, “Vincent has already proven himself to be a hard and competent worker. He learns things quickly and fits in nicely with the rest of the office staff.”
