UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is excited to announce the expansion of its network of practices with the opening of Keuka Health Care, a new internal medicine office in Penn Yan.
The new Keuka Health Care practice is located on the second floor of the Medical Arts Building adjacent to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan.
Keuka Health Care, open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., is accepting new patients 18 years and older, provides same-day and telemedicine visits, utilizes MyChart electronic medical records, and accepts most insurances.
