Reliant Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Jakelyne Foro to Payment Solutions Manager. Reliant strives to offer interesting and rewarding work for all employees and takes pride in helping to foster employee growth and development.
Ms. Foro joined the credit union in 2022 as the Collections Supervisor. Through her experience on the payment solutions team, she gained a strong working knowledge of the roles and functions of the department.
In her new role, Ms. Foro will be responsible for the daily payment solution activities associated with all types of delinquent loans, overdrawn share accounts, and operating and fraud losses for the credit union.
Ms. Foro attends the Bible Baptist Church in Sodus. She lives in Wolcott with her fiancé and two children. She enjoys going to the lake, having campfires with friends, spending time with God, going for walks, dancing, and visiting markets.
“I love knowing that I am helping people achieve success during challenging times in their lives,” said Ms. Foro. “Reliant truly cares for its members and its employees. Every day I get to extend that mission and be a part of someone’s success story.”
