Many in one Cayuga County town were without water Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Town of Owasco, calls began coming in around 1:30p from residents saying they didn’t have water in their homes. The cause was later determined to be the result of a contractor hitting a water main.
Water was restored by 3:00p.
