Sarah D’Acquisto, MSN, AGPCNP-C has joined the medical staff of Lifecare Medical Associates.
D’Acquisto completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Keuka College in Keuka Park, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Nazareth University, Rochester, NY. During the completion of her Bachelor degree she was inducted into the Pi Psi Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She received her Associate in Science degree from Monroe Community College, Rochester, NY where she is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Her prior experience includes working in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine in Rochester, Auburn, and Canandaigua, NY.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, being outside, and spending time with her family.
