Leadership Ontario is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025–2026 program year (Cohort 4). This flagship program is designed to empower emerging and established leaders across Ontario County who are passionate about creating meaningful impact in their communities and professions.
The program offers a transformative experience that blends leadership development, community engagement, and peer-to-peer learning. Participants will engage with thought leaders, attend immersive sessions, and collaborate on real-world challenges facing Ontario County’s diverse communities.
Applications must be submitted by August 1, 2025.
In support of accessibility and inclusivity, partial scholarship opportunities are available for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential within their communities and who require financial assistance to participate in the program.
“Leadership Ontario gave me the space to reflect on the kind of leader I want to be — one rooted in empathy, connection and care,” said Jackie Tiermini, Class of 2025 alumni. “Each session was intentionally designed, and the support from both the organizers and my cohort made this a truly meaningful experience. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper connection to Ontario County.”
Leadership Ontario will host a virtual information session with Kristen Fragnoli, MA, PCC, Leadership Development Director, at noon July 23 for those who want to learn more about the program before applying. If you are interested in attending the virtual session, please email Tracey Dello Stritto at [email protected] for information.
