22 Graduate Leadership Ontario Program

SHARE NOW
Twenty-two members of Leadership Ontario’s Cohort 3 received their completion certificates during a ceremony June 6 at The Venue at the Trail in Victor.
A program of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce, Ontario County and The Partnership for Ontario County, Leadership Ontario is a 10-month personal and professional development program designed to develop the next generation of leaders.
Before the ceremony, each member of the cohort presented their capstone project, reflecting on what they gained from the program.
Marisa Enzinna, member of Cohort 3 and director of member relations and communications at the Ontario County Chamber, said, “Leadership Ontario gave me more than professional insight — it gave me real connection, unexpected growth, and the kind of clarity that only comes when you step outside your comfort zone and show up fully as yourself.”
Kristen Rich Fragnoli, MA, PCC, leadership development director, added, “It has been an amazing year with the LO Cohort 3 leaders! Seeing participants grow their leadership awareness and skills, become engaged in the community, earn promotions and new roles, and build lasting relationships with each other and with community leaders has been so inspirational! I’m happy to be connected with these 22 dynamic leaders – congratulations to each of them!”
Highlights from the 2024-2025 program year included a kick-off retreat at 4-H Camp Bristol Hills; in-depth discussions about diversity, inclusion and belonging; learning about the diverse roles of our county government and its agencies and how citizens can get involved; and tours of different areas of our county, such as CCMI, Cornell AgriTech, the County’s 911 Center and Ganondagan State Historic Site, among others.
Applications for Cohort 4, which will begin this fall, will be available soon at www.leadershipontario.org.
