On Wednesday, Ontario County Deputies arrested a Syracuse woman following an investigation into a larceny incident in the Town of Farmington.
At approximately 2:53 p.m. on March 11, deputies took 33-year-old Joshia Worley into custody on an arrest warrant. The warrant stemmed from an investigation into a larceny at Bombace Wine and Spirits.
Worley was arrested without incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail. She was held at the facility to await the Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
