On Thursday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a local resident on multiple misdemeanor charges.
Police arrested 33-year-old Lorie Cuffe of Seneca Falls on March 12. Cuffe was accused of Stalking in the Fourth Degree and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree. Following the arrest, she was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
Cuffe remained at the facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
