On Tuesday, Domingo Rafael Angeles Robledo was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Sodus.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Monday. Deputies allege that the 23-year-old put his hands around a victim’s neck and took their phone away while they were attempting to call 911.
Robledo was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. He was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and held for CAP court arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
