On Saturday, Caylea Farmer, age 29, of Waterloo, was arrested by Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies on a fugitive from justice warrant originating from Texas.
Deputies encountered Farmer at approximately 9:49 a.m. while responding to a separate 911 complaint in the town of Waterloo. During the investigation, it was discovered that Farmer was the subject of a full extraditable warrant signed in 2023 out of Collin County, Texas.
Farmer was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center. She will be held at the facility until deputies from Texas can transport her back to face the original charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
