On Sunday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David Maury, age 58, of Seneca Falls, following a reported domestic incident.
According to police, Maury allegedly threatened a victim while in the presence of children. As a result of the investigation, Maury was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor; and Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.
Maury was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
