On Tuesday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Fairport woman for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Target store in Victor.
At approximately 7:20 p.m., 29-year-old Meghan Reagan was taken into custody for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Reagan was observed passing all points of sale without rendering payment for $420.00 worth of merchandise.
Reagan was transported to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Substation for processing and was subsequently released on an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to answer the charge in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
