The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 42-year-old Jasmine Sliski of Seneca Falls on Wednesday on an outstanding bench warrant. The warrant was issued after Sliski failed to appear in court on previous charges of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree.
During the arrest, police say Sliski was found in possession of multiple controlled substances, including methamphetamine, Adderall, Clozapine, and Suboxone. She has been additionally charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.
Sliski was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center and is scheduled to be arraigned at CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
