Watkins Glen village officials say utility bills that were mailed on January 30 may be delayed for some residents.
The village is aware that many households have not yet received their bills. While the cause of the delay with the U.S. Postal Service is unclear, officials advise residents who do not receive their bill by the end of this week to contact the village office for a reprint.
