    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    The coldest wind chills are expected over the exposed, higher elevations overnight into Sunday morning. Northwest winds will be gusting between 25 to 40 mph at times overnight. Isolated power outages are possible. Wind gusts gradually diminish on Sunday, falling below 25 mph for most locations.

A Fingerlakes town has been named the best small town in the state for seniors.

Worldatlas.com has named Skaneateles the Best Small Town in New York for Seniors. In its ranking, the website noted Skaneateles’ history, small town charm, and walkable downtown. Additionally, WorldAtlas noted Skaneateles is a quiet place for retirees to settle, while the lakes, hiking trails, and golf courses in the area provide active seniors with plenty to do.
