    Dangerous wind chills colder than 20 below zero possible.
    WHERE
    All of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
    WHEN
    From late Friday night through Sunday afternoon.
    IMPACTS
    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    An arctic front will bring cold air and strong winds to the region Saturday morning. Below normal temperatures and blustery winds will result in wind chills dropping well below zero Saturday morning. Wind chills will remain below zero through the rest of the weekend.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
    Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

Rose Man Arrested Following Domestic Incident

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that a local man was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of Rose on Wednesday

52-year-old Albert Clingerman Jr. is accused of throwing chlorinated bleach on a victim during a dispute and then pushing them out of the residence. Clingerman has been charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.

He was taken to the Wayne County Jail and is scheduled to appear in CAP Court.

The investigation is ongoing.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
