The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested an 18-year-old following an investigation into an ongoing incident involving a local resident.
Police say the arrest stems from a two-week course of conduct during which Christopher Virgo allegedly repeatedly went to the victim’s residence, played loud music, and revved his vehicle. Authorities report that the behavior escalated when Virgo allegedly threatened the victim and knocked on the victim’s door in an attempt to initiate a physical confrontation.
According to police, Virgo later left the residence and threw a firework at the property.
Virgo was charged with two counts of Menacing in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.
