Yates County Deputies have arrested Shannon L. Reeves, 47, of Sultan, Washington, on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Italy Court for failure to appear.
Reeves was taken into custody after her transfer from the Penn Yan Police Department to Yates County Deputies. She is being held at the Yates County Jail and will await her next appearance in Yates County CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
