A Waterloo man is accused of burglary in Schuyler County.
27-year-old Tyler Hurlbert was charged after a complaint on Jerry Lane in the town of Tyrone on January 2nd.
Hurlbet was sent to Schuyler County Jail following his arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
