The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Victor man was arrested over the weekend following a domestic incident that prompted a 911 call.
Deputies say Todd Epstein was taken into custody on Sunday and charged with menacing in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a residence after receiving a 911 call related to a domestic dispute.
Following their investigation, the 58-year-old Epstein was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
