Applications for the 2026 State Community Regrants program, administered by Auburn Public Theater, opened last week, allowing arts organizations and artists in Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates Counties to apply for funding.
As part of the application process, new applicants are required to attend an in-person or virtual informational seminar. Returning applicants are also encouraged to attend to receive program updates. The theater has announced it will hold five in-person seminars in the coming weeks. They are:
- Cayuga County-Melody’s, 128 Genesee St, Auburn, 1/29/2026 at 12PM
- Ontario County-Wood Library, 134 N Main St, Canandaigua, 2/5/2026 at 12PM
- Seneca County- Lodi Library, 8484 S Main St, Lodi, 1/28/2026 at 1PM
- Wayne County- Williamson Library, 6380 State Route 21, Williamson, 2/4/2026 at 12PM
- Yates County- Arts Center of Yates County, 127 Main St, Penn Yan, 2/5/2026 at 4PM.
Interested applicants must register for a seminar by emailing APT SCR Coordinator Dominic Gambaiani at [email protected]. Anyone unable to attend an in-person seminar needs to contact Gambaiani to schedule a one-on-one Zoom seminar.
