A Naples man was arrested early Saturday morning after allegedly endangering two children during a reckless driving incident, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports.
26-year-old Brendan Dolan was taken into custody around 12:30 a.m. following a report of family trouble on State Route 245 in the Town of Naples. Investigators allege Dolan operated a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe in a reckless manner while threatening an adult victim and endangering two children who were inside the vehicle at the time.
Dolan was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was held at the Ontario County Jail for CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in Naples Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
