Police have arrested a Steuben County man for allegedly exchanging sexual messages and photos with an incompetent or physically disabled person.
According to Bath Police, the victim to whom Mark Allen reportedly sent the messages is incapable of proper consent due to their disabilities.
The 53-year-old Bath man was charged with felony endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and was awaiting arraignment at the Steuben County Jail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
