Auburn Named One of the Most Easygoing Small Towns in NY

History’s Hometown has made the list of the 11 Easygoing Small Towns in New York.

Worldatlas.com ranked Auburn as one of the most easygoing small towns in the state. In its ranking, World Atlas noted the city’s historic and cultural sites, chiefly the Harriet Tubman National Historical Park, the Seward House Museum, the Cayuga Museum of History & Art and Case Research Lab. It also noted the natural beauty of nearby Owasco Lake.

Other cities and villages on the list include Skaneateles, Watkins Glen, Lake Placid, and Ithaca.
