A proposed major expansion at one Penn Yan manufacturer is on the agenda for tonight’s meeting of the village planning board.
The expansion proposed by Coach and Equipment would add about 66-THOUSAND square feet to the existing manufacturing facility at 130 Horizon Park Drive. It would also relocate a pole barn, add new parking, and include grading and stormwater improvements.
Other projects listed on tonight’s agenda for review include a 60 by 100-foot cold storage building at 124 Horizon Park Drive, a short-term rental at 107 Main Street, and a minor subdivision at 113 Eagle Lane.
The board will also discuss whether to move future meetings to an earlier start time, such as 5:30 or 6 p.m.
Tonight’s Planning Board meeting starts at 7 in Room 202 of the Village Hall.
