The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports a Fairport man was taken into custody Tuesday following a shoplifting incident at the Target store in the Town of Victor.
Authorities report that 25-year-old Christian Dillard-Deas allegedly left the store without paying for $182.35 worth of merchandise.
Dillard-Deas is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
