A Town of Arcadia man is facing multiple charges, including aggravated driving while intoxicated, following a traffic stop in Wayne County.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that 28-year-old Mynor Hernandez was arrested after deputies stopped his vehicle in the Town of Macedon. According to authorities, Hernandez was given standardized field sobriety tests, which he failed, and later submitted to a chemical breath test that showed a blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent, nearly three times the legal limit.
Hernandez has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, common law driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, unsafe lane change, and being an unlicensed operator.
He was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
