Seneca Falls Police have arrested a 36-year-old woman following a domestic incident.
Police say Cassondra Ogborn of Seneca Falls was taken into custody on Tuesday after an investigation into a reported dispute. Investigators say Ogborn was involved in a physical altercation in front of two children and is accused of grabbing the victim by the throat.
She is charged with second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Orders of protection were requested for the victims.
Ogborn was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
