The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man following a domestic-related incident on Christmas Day.
Officers say 29-year-old Keaghn Picaro was taken into custody around 6:40 p.m. on charges of criminal contempt in the first degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and resisting arrest. Authorities say the arrest followed a physical altercation that prompted a 911 call.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
