The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a local man on an active bench warrant.
On December 24, 2025, at approximately 11:45 a.m., deputies took Kevin Himes into custody. Himes was wanted by the Town of Romulus Court for failure to appear on a previous charge of second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
Himes was turned over to the Seneca County Corrections Division and was scheduled for arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court at 7:00 p.m.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
