A Romulus man was arrested Thursday following a reported domestic incident, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said 32-year-old Daniel Foulkrod of Romulus was arrested just after 2 p.m. Dec. 18 and charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. The charge stems from an investigation into a call reporting a physical domestic incident, during which Foulkrod allegedly grabbed the victim and subjected her to unwanted physical contact.
Foulkrod was turned over to the Seneca County Corrections Division to await centralized arraignment processing later that evening.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
