A Waterloo man was arrested Sunday by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a bench warrant.
Jason Osgood was taken into custody on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court. The 54-year-old was also charged with bail jumping.
Osgood was transported to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
