Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that a man from Ovid was arrested Tuesday night on charges of second-degree harassment.
Deputies say 34-year-old Justin Pagan was taken into custody following a domestic incident. Authorities say Pagan allegedly subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact. An order of protection was requested for the victim.
Pagan was turned over to corrections staff to await arraignment and will appear in Ovid Town Court at a later date.
