Yates County deputies have arrested a Penn Yan man on a bench warrant.
Deputies say 53-year-old Tino Rivas was taken into custody Thursday afternoon around 2:20. The warrant, issued by Yates County Court, stems from a third-degree grand larceny charge.
Rivas was brought to the Yates County Jail, where he’s waiting for his next court appearance.
