No, it wasn’t Harrison Ford but the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office did arrest Indiana Jones over the weekend.
The investigation into a suspicious vehicle on County Road 4 in the town of Hopewell early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Indiana Jones, of Rushville. According to police, Jones was found sleeping in the driver’s seat of his car, which was parked on the north shoulder of the road.
He is charged with aggravated DWI and DWI after showing significant signs of intoxication.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
