A Canandaigua man was arrested on a warrant charging him with forcible touching.
According to Canandaigua Police, 34-year-old Dominic Gambino is accused of touching another person’s intimate areas without their consent during an incident on September 15 on Lakeshore Drive.
Gambino was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
