The Great New York State Fair will launch a buy-one, get-one admission ticket sale for the 2026 Fair, starting on Black Friday. The offer begins today at 9 a.m. and continues through Cyber Monday, December 1 at 11:59 p.m., or until 10,000 tickets are sold.
The promotion allows customers to purchase one 2026 admission ticket and receive a second at no additional cost. The effective price is $8.32 per ticket, which includes an $8 admission charge, a 14-cent ticket fee, and an 18-cent credit card processing fee. Customers may purchase up to 10 total tickets.
Fair officials say the annual holiday sale offers an opportunity for visitors to secure discounted admission ahead of the 2026 event, which will feature food, rides, entertainment, agricultural exhibits, and a variety of displays and activities.
Children 12 and under and seniors 65 and older will continue to receive free daily admission during the Fair.
“We’re proud to offer an affordable way for families and friends to experience the Fair,” Fair Director Julie LaFave said in a statement, adding that the Fair aims to keep admission prices accessible.
Tickets will be available on the Fair’s website starting November 28. Additional purchasing information can be found through etix or on the Fair’s social media pages.
The 2026 Great New York State Fair is scheduled for August 26 through September 7. All concerts are included with the price of admission.
