The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a North Carolina man on Tuesday morning on an outstanding extraditable warrant.
Police say 23-year-old Jamel Spence, of Concord, North Carolina, was taken into custody around 8:11 a.m.
Spence was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held while awaiting arraignment and extradition proceedings.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
