The Oswego Police Department reports that a DoorDash driver has been arrested after recording and posting a video of a nude customer to social media.
The incident occurred on October 12, 2025, when a DoorDash delivery driver dropped off a food order at a residence. The male customer, who was incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol, was filmed from outside his home. The following day, the video was reported to the police.
During the investigation, authorities determined that no sexual assault occurred, despite claims made by the driver. The male involved cooperated with investigators and provided a statement.
Police identified the driver as 23-year-old Olivia Henderson of Oswego. She was arrested and charged with:
- Unlawful Surveillance in the Second Degree (E Felony)
- Dissemination of an Unlawful Surveillance Image in the First Degree (E Felony)
Henderson was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a future court date in Oswego City Court.
The Oswego Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and is coordinating with the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office regarding prosecution. Investigators have collected and reviewed related video evidence.
