Wolcott Man Arrested Following Domestic Threat Investigation

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Village of Wolcott man following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Deputies say Alexander King allegedly threatened a victim by stating he would kill them while they were sleeping. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the threat was made with the intent to cause the victim to fear physical harm.

King was taken to the Centralized Arraignment Program and is scheduled to answer the charges in court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
