Police: Woman Purposely Released Propane Inside Her Seneca Castle Home

SHARE NOW

A local woman was taken into custody Friday morning after authorities say she created a dangerous situation inside her home.

45-year-old Nicole Kenny reportedly released propane inside her Orleans Road house in Seneca Castle, which posed a serious risk to anyone inside. Officials said the behavior appeared to be part of an ongoing pattern.

Kenny was arrested without incident and taken to the Ontario County Jail.

No injuries were reported, and court proceedings are expected to follow.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
